Xbox One Billing and Customer Support

Good afternoon. I would like to contact you with a problem. The fact is that my problem is completely ignored. I contacted the support service on May 17th, talked to 10 support service employees and I still wait. I understand that such a large  One person is indifferent to the company and there is no question of any compensation, I just want you to know!!!!!!

What is the problem? We won't know how we can assist you if you don't tell us what the problem is.

If it's a billing issue like it's stated in the title, then we cannot assist you directly with that on the forums because we don't have the proper verification and support tools to help you with your billing information on your Microsoft account. We can only provide helpful information or direct you to customer support if we cannot directly assist you with the problem.

No games are bought. The error shows. 12 support people turned out to be useless. I do not know where to turn for help.

    Thank you for replying back. What is the exact error message that you are receiving? Are you trying to purchase games on your Xbox console? What is the exact billing issue that you are receiving?
