Xbox login won’t let me select anything

I changed my gamertag, and i had to redownload my profile, but it wont let me select log in or remember password. After a while, it said a problem occured. After a long time more of waiting, the popup dissapears and i have to restart the process all over again, with the same problem. I turned the xbox and tv off and on, but the same thing happened again.

Picture description: The popup has a loading circle that never stops; the selection boxes are grayed out and I cant select them.

I've also had this issue but without the GamerTag change. I think there may ne different password and GT length limits on 360 vs Modern though
