Hello,
thanks for the reply. I have not found anything useful regarding my issue. Basically, whenever I'm logged out of Xbox Live on my console, I have a tab on my dashboard that says "games" and another one for "apps". I can check separately my apps and games. When I sign into Xbox Live, I only have one tab - "games & apps". When I go over to it, I can only find a game store, not that allows me to download third-party apps. There is not App Store on my Xbox 360, whenever I'm signed into Xbox Live.

Hi Emil,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry to hear about this persisting issue. Now I would like to clarify, the only current issue that is occurring that the Xbox 360 isn't giving you/ or showing the option to 'Browse for apps'? Do you receive any error messages if you try to search for a specific app and try to download it?
Meanwhile you get back to us with more information, I suggest for you to reinstall the latest Xbox 360 update, follow these steps:
- Clear the system cache. To do this, see the "Clear the system cache" section above.
-
Roll back and then reinstall system updates. To do this:
- Press the Guide button on your controller.
- Go to settings and select System.
- Select Storage.
- Enter the following button sequence: X, LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.
- Select the option to roll back all system updates that are installed. The console will restart automatically and then download the updates again.
Hope to hear back soon.

Hi Emil,
Did you also clear the hard drives system cache that was suggested in the first step in the list of steps above?
Whether you are connected to Xbox Live or not, you should still be able to browse apps from the Apps tab located in the main dashboard.
After clearing the cache, go ahead and turn off your Xbox and unplug the power cable for a few minutes. When you restart your Xbox try to browse apps after connecting to Xbox Live. If it still does not let you then I suggest deleting your profile and then re-downloading to the console. Follow this article for steps on how to properly re-download your profile to the system: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-profile-xbox-360
Let us know if that helps.

Hi Emil,
Thank you for updating us with the situation.
Would you mind taking a screenshot of what you are seeing on your dashboard that it is not letting you browse for apps and posting it here?
You can also record a video and upload it to YouTube and then link it here so we have a better understanding of the issue because you should be able to browse for apps and there should be a section for apps when connected to Xbox Live.
