Xbox Live Gift Card

Hi

My son has scratched the silver foil on his xbox giftcard and managed to remove some of the code? Will there be anyway I can get a new code using the other codes on the card to possibly prove it hasn't been used?

You could check with the retailer where it was purchased and they may be able to exchange it.  

Does it have a bar code or what looks like a QR code (square design)?

The retailer doesnt want anything to do with it as it wa abought xmas time. They have said to get in tocuhw ith microsoft but i’ve had no luck connecting to anyone to chat online. Thanks for the reply.
