I got an email this morning informing me of action taken against my account. I logged into my Xbox Live (or tried to) to verify that the email wasn't a scam. Same message on my Xbox. I checked my enforcement history, and my account page says I have a "Perfect Record." So, one, I have no idea how long the ban (suspension?) is going to last, and two, I have no idea what they're talking about. They don't have a place for me to ask about it. Is there anywhere that I can check for actions against my account? I went to https://enforcement.xbox.com and I'm not seeing anything.
