Xbox Games no longer tracking time played after new update (May 2020 update)

None of my Xbox One games are tracking time played anymore after the new update.  This feature is pretty important to me, so it's weird that it's just stopped working since the update.  Is this happening to anyone else?  I've tried clearing my cache, signing in and out, clearing locally saved games, etc. but nothing has worked.  Would love an update on this, as it's pretty important to me.
Yea ik its pissing me off

Hi KaraiDan

If you haven't yet tried it, do a full power cycle on your console.

Power cycle console

1.Go to the Home screen.

2.Press the Menu button on the controller.

3.Select Settings.

Note: You can say “Xbox, go to settings” from any screen, but you’ll need a controller once you’re on the Settings screen.

4.Go to Power & startup.

5.Select Turn Xbox Off.

6.Select Yes. The console powers down.
7.unplug power from console for +- 30 seconds
8. Plug console back in

9.Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Note: If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

This issue has happened before a few years back and was resolved then.
Not sure if the location has changed, but it's now under the stat's section of the achievement for the game.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I’ve already tried this and it’s still not working. I believe this is an issue on Microsoft’s end and I really hope it gets fixed soon. Access to this info is a big draw for me over the PS4. On the xboxone subreddit, a ton of people are having the exact same issue so I know this isn’t an isolated incident. Hope this can be resolved soon.

Unfortunately this seems to be a pretty common issue since this update, outside of what's already been suggested by my fellow Ambassador... I think it's just a matter of waiting for Microsoft to fix it.

I apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Have a pleasant day & I hope this issue is resolved swiftly.
