Xbox Game Pass PC Mod Support

My inquiry is in regards to the future of Mod support for Game Pass PC. Is there any information on if or when we can expect mod support for PC?

I use Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and have recently started playing more PC games. In particularly a game called Cities Skylines which has many mods that make the game more enjoyable and I don't wont to waste money buying the game on steam if mods are coming to game pass.
