私は現在、Xbox game pass for PCを用いて、Bloodstained Ritual of the Nightというゲームをプレイしています。
私はこのゲームを以前のPCでプレイしており、最近導入した新しいPCに改めてゲームをインストールしてみたところ、セーブデータの共有がされておらず、最初からプレイすることになってしまいました。
Xbox game pass for PCでは、多くのゲームはXbox Liveの機能を利用し、セーブデータをクラウドに保存しているようです。例えばGears Tacticsは新PCでも問題なくプレイできました。
このような形で、セーブデータをクラウド上に保存し、いつでも同じところからプレイする方法は無いでしょうか？

I'm playing "Bloodstained Ritual of the Night" on Xbox game pass for PC.
I used to play this videogame on my previous PC, then I re-installed the videogame on my new PC.
However, its progress hasn't been saved in cloud storage (xbox live?), so there's no choice but play from the beginning again.
Many games in Xbox game pass use cloud storage to share game progress. For example, I can access my game progress of Gears Tactics on my new PC.
My question is, is there solution to solve this problem, such as a method to save and share my progress of the videogame ?
