Xbox elite series 2 controller repair

So recently my Elite controller so has gotten extreme bad stick drift so I have place an order for it to get repaired. But now Im confused I know i have to send it in somewhere, but where? I don't believe i have received a single email telling me where to send it to. I have gone through all the Microsoft pages asking where and I cant find it. If anyone can help guide me through this whole process that would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Franco R. I'm Arturo, and I'll be glad to provide assistance with your inquiry today. May I know when did you request the repair service for your Elite Series 2 controller? However, in case you didn't start the service request yet, let me share the steps: Step 1. Go to your devices section and locate your controller. https://account.microsoft.com/devices?refd=account.microsoft.com Step 2. Click on “info & support” to review your warranty and details and the option to request a service request. Step 3. Click on “start order”. Then just follow the steps on the screen, and depending on where you live you can get in person service or send the controller to Microsoft. Please be aware that if you choose to send the device, Microsoft will give you a prepaid shipping label. However, the label can take up to 48 hours to arrive at your email address. Make sure to check your spam folder in that time frame. I hope you find this answer helpful to your inquiry. However, I'll remain attentive to any other one you may have. Regards, Arturo.
