Hi,
I received an Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller this past Christmas, and after only 6 months of use, the left bumper barely works, and only registers inputs at most, 20% of the time. The controller was marketed to have fixed this flaw from the previous iteration, but evidently, that isn't the case. As this was a gift, I obviously don't personally have a proof of purchase, and the serial number, while showing up in my connected devices to my account, won't come up when I go to support.
