Xbox Continually Says "Please Reconnect Xbox Controller"

I recently moved into a new apartment and my Xbox was working fine before I moved but now it keeps saying "please reconnect Xbox controller" every time I try playing online. Every time I turn on my Xbox One with my controller it starts up fine but then when I log into Warzone or an online game and start playing it gets all glitchy and seems like the wifi is about to stop working but then the same message pops up "please reconnect Xbox controller". It does this even when watching Netflix or just using the Xbox One period. I've tried connecting and using both of my controllers but it still keeps happening? I also tried doing a "soft reset" of the Xbox One. If someone can help me or has had this issue before and knows how to fix it, it would be greatly appreciated!

Does the controller itself shut off when the message pops up? If so try changing your batteries or recharging them.

It may also be worth trying to update your controller(s).

Hi

You could try changing/ recharging the batteries to see if that helps. You can also try resyncing the controller to the xbox console as sometimes the controller will turn off if it not receiving a signal from the console

The controller is still on when the message pops up and I tried replacing the batteries and it still does it.
