Xbox Console Companion won't let me sign in since Xbox Live went down

Hello. Ever since Xbox Live went down the first time this month, My Xbox Console Companion App (Windows 10) will not let me sign in. Instead, it will show a black box with the Xbox Logo and a "Please Wait" followed by it saying, "We can't sign you in right now. Try again later" and the Error Code: (0x409) 0x80131509. And when I try to go on Xbox One and sign in, it works fine but Xbox One games will not work properly and you can't play multiplayer. I just wanted to see if anyone else got this error. Is there a way to fix this? That would be appreciated. Thanks!Image

Hi there

When I searched up the error codes I got the following link and troubleshooter. https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/signin-security/in-game-account-problems-windows-10 Can you check the network settings and make sure all the correct ports are open?.

Happy to help at any time.
"They may take my ship BUT THEY WILL NEVER TAKE MY ROWBOAT!!"
Take care and happy gaming
