Xbox beta app will not install on my PC

I've attempting to install the Xbox beta and I've run into a wall. I get to the point that says "Making things awesome," but the download is stuck around forty percent. When I get to this point, my PC will freeze and the only way to fix it is to manually turn it off. Running the installer in administrator mode yields the same result. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
What is the Windows Build you have? You tried search in windows store the App Xbox(Beta)?

Windows 10 Pro, version 1903, OS Build 18362.266. I have; when I try to install from the windows store, nothing happens, it doesn't appear in my download queue. Gaming services has been stuck in the queue indefinitely though.Image
