Xbox App

Hi! Im having trouble adding my xbox onto my xbox app. It’s not a new console, when I first got it I never set it up on the app. So now when I try to add an existing console to my Xbox app it gives me an error message. It’ll give me this error message every time and it’s never fixed.

Have you tried to reset your console and add it as new? Before you continue, make sure you've got the account sign-in information. You'll need it to log back into your console after the reset. You can follow these steps: Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info. Select Reset console. Select Reset and keep my games & apps. Once if finishes, use the Xbox Mobile App to sign-in.
