Can anyone help? The Xbox app on my PC has suddenly stopped generating images (see below) and won't let me sign in. Tried uninstall and reinstall, but no change? Thanks for any suggestions.

Francia, Hi. Thanks for your message. I have tried your suggestion (again) and still have a problem. The Xbox screen still has no images, just grey boxes, which means that Store functionality doesn't work. I don't seem to be able to sign in (?), but I can start 2 previously downloaded games from the bar on the left, even though I can't actually see the thumbnails for them!
Thanks for any further thoughts. Best, DJA

Francia, Thanks for this. I appreciate you are independent, but it's at this point that it goes from being a problem I have time for to a plain old broken product! I'll just just cancel the Xbox Game Pass. Thanks for your help. Best, DJA

Francia, Thanks. I tried the easy fix, but no change, alas. I appreciate your time, but it's not important enough for me to spend more time on it just now. Thanks. DJA
