Sorry to hear about that. Kindly check if you have any pending updates and make sure all the required services are running to solve Xbox app sync issues on Windows.
Open the Start menu, search Services then open Services. Scroll down the list and find all of the Xbox entries (they are near the bottom).
Gaming Services (There are 2 of them)
Xbox Accessory Management Service
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
When you find them right-click on them and select Start. If you can see that they are already running you can skip them.

Then open File Explorer using the Windows key + E shortcut.
In the address bar paste the following line:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker
If there are Accounts and Cache folders available make sure that you delete them. After removing the cache, try to start the Xbox app again.

Hello, Joe! Thanks for your reply. Kindly check if you can sign in to the MS store. Open the app, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again.
I was able to Sign out and In again on the MS Store
I deleted both the Accounts and Cache folders from the AppData folder and opened the app again but still nothing.

Try to delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.
This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then try opening the Xbox app again.
Deleted all from the folder. Restarted and launched Xbox App still stuck
