xbox 360 s console cant connect to upc horizon router!!!!

Hey there Frodo! I'm sorry to hear about the connection issues. Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.
To start off, I suggest working through our Connection Troubleshooter. That will work you through the errors you're seeing and gives lots of great steps to get you connected.
Let us know how that goes, what steps you try, and how those steps go for you.
If that doesn't work for you, here's a few questions for you to help us better understand the situation:
- What is the exact make and model number of your modem?
- What is the exact make and model number of your router?
- Have you ever had connection issues before changing your router?

I have the same problem with the xbox. I just wonder did you get around?
Even when i run the xbox true the wire I'm not getting full connection to the xbox live, I'm getting messages saying that
BECAUSE OF A SETTING ON YOUR ROUTER OR MODEM, YOUR NAT TYPE IS MODERATE.
THIS MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS WITH MULTIPLAYER GAMES AND CHAT.
VISIT WWW.XBOX.COM/NAT-HELP FOR MORE HELP.
There is not to much help there.
For the Xbox Support
I'm using Horizon TV HD plus components Samsung Model : SMT-G7400

G'day Genie! What you describe is actually very different from the Original Poster's connection issue. For you, I recommend you check out the
amazing NAT Guide written up by ArminatorX. It can help you open your NAT type so you stop seeing those messages.
If you're still having connection problems after that, please start a new thread so we can offer the best individual assistance to you there. =)

Hi,
I had the same issue and was looking for an answer. The fastest way is to sign in to your Horizon Router Control Panel -> Enable UPnP -> Save changes -> Restart your router -> Refresh your network connection on the console -> done
Worked for me and it is really easy to do. Hope this helps.
