Hello there,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I understand that you are seeing a service alert up for 360 consoles. You can check the server status here : Xbox Live Status

If there is a service alert up in your region, you can set up a text message to get notified once the alert has been lifted.

It says all services and games are active. Wondering why we cant play gta5 online. In the game it says not correct permissions to access xbox live functionality.  Member content is on everyone.

I've been having the exact same problem on my xbox 360 for 6 months. Searching the question and discussion posts about "xbox 360 Service alerts" shows that this has been a known problem for awhile, many posts in 2019 and even some years back.

This recent discussion shows a moderator replying "This is something that has been affecting not just to you, but to several others. The notification will appear even if there are no intermittent connection  issues with your console.... Microsoft is aware of this matter, and they have been collecting data in regards towards it."

There is no solution and hasn't been for over 6 months. However other moderators lock every discussion about this without an answer. I have canceled my Live subscription due to this continued problem and the disregard for customer support. I suggest you do the same.

This Alert can be because some Instability from your Network service so then they is monitoring for some emergence
