Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.  Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.  Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Hi TryhardRomas,

Thanks for replying to let us know that power cycling the console has not worked. If you haven't already done so, I would recommend trying the troubleshooting solutions from the following support articles to see if they can help out:

Troubleshoot game or app installation problems on Xbox One

Troubleshoot slow game or app downloads on Xbox One

Please give them a try and let us know the results, as well as any other troubleshooting you've tried so that we can further assist you as best as possible. I hope that this helps out!

Hey TryhardRomas,

Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory reset on your console by doing the following:

  1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select All Settings.
  4. Select System.
  5. Select Console info & updates.
  6. Select Reset console. [DELETE EVERYTHING]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything,  go with that option. This will reset the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up.

Hope this helps! Let us know!

If you're having problems when trying to download an Xbox One game or app, you may need to update your console. For example, if you see a “Download stopped” error, you may need to install an update before the download can complete. To see if there's an update available: Press the Xboxbutton to open the guide
