Xbox 1s controller constantly vibrating

Any one any ideas or solutions to as why my xbox 1s wireless controller is all of a sudden constantly and intermittently vibrating on its own 
Hello, try to update the controller by plugging it into your console. If you're playing with a headset, don't forget to plug in the headset when you're updating. Maybe that'll solve your problem. Let us know

its a wireless controller so does not plug in to my xbox

Yes you have to use a cable and if your cable doesn't work try another one.

I would go to the setting and turn off the vibrating feature then turn it back on.Also check this link for information that may also help. https://www.businessinsider.com/how-to-turn-off-vibration-on-xbox-one-controller
