WONT UPDATE MY PROFILE PICTURE

I have recently installed the Xbox app, I downloaded it to change my profile picture, I’ve changed it before but I wanted to change it to dva from Overwatch (sutible) and it will not change it says we’ve verified it, but it won’t change, I’ve tried chaning it to different photos but it’s the same, please respond ASAP many thanks
