Will any of the tony hawk or marvel games be made backwards compatible?

I really would like games like tony hawks project 8 and proving ground and also any of the marvel games like ultimate alliance or spiderman to be made backwards compatible. What are the chances of this happening?

Can't see the Tony Hawks games being made bc due to licencing issues & who actually owns the ip now.They could get a remaster due to how popular & well received the Pro Skater 1 & 2 remaster was.

There's Xbox One versions of Marvel Ultimate Alliance although i'm not sure if they were delisted or not due to the licence.

Wouldn't hold your breath on any of the old Spiderman games being made bc as Sony has exclusive rights to Spidey in games at the moment.
