Why have Xbox Rewards and Game Pass Quests disappeared from both PC and Mobile App?

According to your description, after you subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate in other regions, your Xbox Rewards and Game Pass Quests disappeared from PC and mobile applications, and you now seem unable to earn points through Game Pass Quests.

I suggest you contact the support staff of Rewards to inquire about the current status of Game Pass Quests in New Zealand. (I checked that New Zealand also has Game Pass Quests in theory, but we cannot check your account information and status)

Microsoft's rewards points have different points and tasks in different regions, and points earned in other regions are not universal.

You can tell your situation to the rewards support staff, they will check your account status and help confirm the situation:

I'm having this same issue but I have never changed the nationality on my account - I live in New Zealand and have had my NZ account for over ten years but recently quests disappeared from my app on iPhone. have signed out, uninstalled the app, reinstalled etc twice but the quests tab is just gone from the iPhone app.

do you have game pass ultimate? Do you have an adult account?

I don't know how it is in New Zealand but here in Germany the mobile Game Pass app was removed a while ago and was integrated into the Xbox app. There touch up left on your profile pic to find the quests.

Gone from the android app as well. Also from the PC app. Luckily it still exists on the Xbox allowing you to collect point for playing game pass, playing Xbox, playing PC and using the mobile app strangely enough. The only one you can't claim is playing Jewel as of course it lives under the rewards tab on the app.

It must be a local problem as I haven't seen anyone from anywhere other than NZ complaining about it.

Hopefully it returns soon. But in the mean time use the reward tab on Xbox for now to keep those streaks up.

oh yeah the thing that made me notice it's gone was I do the jewel one every morning before I get out of bed lol and was really frustrated that it's gone. very weird that it seems to be localised, but oh well. still doing my dailies on the website and on console and that seems to keep the streak running. just annoying really.

I'm from Brazil, and the same thing is happening to me, no rewards tab on Xbox app for Android.

As explained above you'll find the Jewels link in the mobile Xbox app by clicking on your profile pic up left.

nope, you're clearly not reading the posts/replies. tapping the profile picture for me only shows posts, achievements, and bio. Jewel and the rewards tab are missing completely. see attached screenshot.

It's gone from my mobile app as well. Xbox member for over a decade in Norway.

Suddenly it dissappeared from the app. Only place it's available now is on the xbox itself.

Strange thing, I still get notifications from the xbox app that I have to collect my rewards. Nothing happens when I click it
