Why am I still getting age restricted on the YouTube app via Xbox series X?

Age verified, all accounts synced up, restricted mode off, can access the videos via phone on the same account. The issue clearly lies with the app on Xbox. So frustrating to get the same passive aggressive "Sorry. Something is wrong. This video might be inappropriate for sone users. Sign in to your primary account to confirm your age."

Over and over again. I'd like to say this is a one off but this has happened multiple times in the past despite being over 30.

Why is this still a thing?

It can be due to your YouTube account it self. Have you tried to sign in on a different YouTube account to validate?

They won't fix it. They've already shown to not give a damn about their users.
