Where do I find my digital gift card that I purchased?! Help!

I purchased a digital gift card so I could use it to buy games in the Xbox store. I payed $50 for it and I recieved the email confirmation for the purchase and I also checked my bank account to see if it withdrew the money from my account and it did. But I cannot find this digital gift card ANYWHERE so I can't get the code to redeem the gift card when I pay for a game. Can someone help me please! I'm new to the Xbox world, I used to be strictly playstation but this situation is passing me off. I've looked everywhere online for it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you log into account.microsoft.com and scroll down on the left side you should see a section that says "money and gift cards" do you see the amount added there?
