"When you got a refund on (any Game Pass game) it was removed from your device"

I currently am subscribed to Xbox game pass ultimate. When ever I try to launch Forza Horizon 5 it gives me the error message below. I have reinstalled the game. Signed out of the Xbox app and Microsoft store. Called Xbox support and they were not able to help. I was wondering if anyone had this problem and also, and had a fix. I never bought any DLC or bonuses and Installed the game the day after it released. I also never bought the game, only game pass.

P.S. I installed other games in Xbox game pass and it said the same thing.

Try to sign into the Xbox app on a different PC to see of the issue persists there. If you don't have access to one, then try to create a new profile on your existing PC and see if the game works on there

I have exactly the same issue, absolutely gutted love FH5, I dont have another pc, I don't no what to do any more advice would be gratefully received.

Ahhh my subscription had ran out, got a new bank card, updated payment, paid up and all games including FH5 are currently active.
