What is the email address of the xbox?

Hoy y conversé con el soporte de xbox ya que mi xbox one no funciona y está en garantía hasta enero de 2019, dicen que la garantía se terminó porque el número de serie es de Hungría y allí solo tengo 1 año de garantía en lugar de 2. Debería haberlo comprado en España, me han enviado para reclamar el Juego que es donde lo compré y me dicen que todo es correcto y que envíen una foto a Microsoft del boleto de compra, pero no sé dónde enviarlo.

I've already spoken with them twice today and they have not let me send them the purchase ticket.

Hi there!

By any chance have you received any emails from support after contacting them with a 'case/service request' number? If so, if I'm not mistaken it should allow for you to reply back to that email showing the image of the purchase ticket. 

If not, the only other way to get this settled is by getting in contact with Live Support again. Since here in the forums we don't have the tools to access that kind of information.

It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select no thanks,pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

La garantía extendida fue con el vendedor o con Microsoft?

En españa todos los aparatos electricos tienen garantia de dos años xbox one incluida, el problema es que segun los de el soporte tecnico mi consola es comprada en hungria y no esa asi, es comprada en españa y tengo el tiquet de compra para demostrarlo pero a ellos parece no importarles, se cierran en banda con lo de que el numero de serie es perteneciente a una xbox perteneciente a la región de hungria y que se tiene que hacer cargo la tienda que me la vendio, a su vez la tienda me dice que ellos tienen obligacion de cambiarte la consola si tienes problemas en los 15 primeros dias que luego ya la garantia corre a cargo de microsoft
