I'm having a weird issue with the WatchESPN app on Xbox one. I just downloaded it, installed fine and starts up fine. There is sound on the main menu and the repeat "news" items have sound. But when I watch a live game (for instance, I'm watching the heat vs. bobcats right now) there is NO sound during the broadcast. I can't hear the crowd, announcers, etc. Then when it goes to commercial, there is sound.
I had the same issue last night with the app and thought it was a glitch or something. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app and resetting the system. I have no idea why it's happening. It would be one thing if there was just flat out no sound ever. But I can't think of anything that would cause it to go silence ONLY during live broadcasts. And I have tried multiple different live broadcasts. They are all silent. Any ideas?
