Trying to purchase Guitar Hero Live - Xbox One

I am a huge fan of this game, have just bought my new Xbox One and after searching for Guitar Hero through the console store, and also xbox.com website am disdappointed the option to purchase is not there!


I can find the game but the button to purchase states "not available"? 


What is this about? Is the game now unavailable? Is it my region? 


Help? I want this game!

It was never made available to purchase digitally because of the peripheral needed to play it.

In the old days on xbox360 you could pay with the controller triggers, bumpers and A button. Can't this be done on the new version also? Therefore no need for the guitar?
