Toyota trueno in Forza Horizon 4 Xbox One X

I'm unable to download a design to my 1985 Toyota sprinter trueno gt Apex. Any other car that I've tried I can go in and I can search and download without a problem but for some reason the Toyota trueno will not let me download a design when I try it crashes the game. I'm playing on Forza horizon 4 on my Xbox One X and it never had a problem before. I can download a tune for it no problem it's just downloading other people's designs that's giving me a problem.

The crashing or freezing of a certain game/apps is generally related to the network which is why I will provide you with the official link to all the troubleshooting steps that can help sort this out for you. Before going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the link I was referring to, I would like you to go through the following steps to clear your Mac address and perform a quick power cycle:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

Not sure if you still have the problem but Its happening to me too, it looks like something was uploaded to the design catalog and the game overloads itself trying to display a preview image of the car with the design while the design doesnt exist
