Terraria World Transfer

My son has had Terraria for xbox 360 for a while. He has his worlds and characters saved in the cloud and has an Xbox Live account. He just got an xbox one for Christmas and got terraria for that game. Every time he tries to transfer a world it gets stuck on the progress bar and a weird tone sounds until he leaves the screen. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thank you!

Hello Sky,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue transferring data. Try a power cycle on the console. Once it back on then try the transfer. If it will not transfer, it could be that Terraria has two versions, one for Xbox 360 and one for Xbox one. They may not be compatible.
