Switch Fallout New Vegas from German Xbox Live Store to English

Nope generally the games are only in the nationally supported language very few games support more then one language in a region even if you "return it" you can't get an English copy due to the region locks

You can always try to change the language of your console in English. But languages on Fallout are generally stuck to a single version.

Same thing happen to me for the Mexican version. They need to change the description of the language.

The description is accurate what needs changing?

However your account region decides what the language the publishers put it's in

How can you not know the nationally supported language is

Your street signs and everyday things would be in that language its not rocket science

If you street signs and laws and generally accepted ppanguage is whatever language the country speaks what's so difficult about content not beingin the language of majority

What sense does it make to provide English content and afford 100s of millions of dollarsin one region  for just 1% less of the region that would be a lot of mistaken purchases in a language that doesn't speak English

Content is localized to match the regions laws and content rules

What is allowed in other regions won't work in your region
