Q: What day is the game slated to release?
A: The game should release on 10/28/2014 in the US. It will be released 10/30/2014 in Asia/Australia/New Zealand, and 10/31/2014 in European countries. If you experience any issues with this, please visit our

Q: What comes with the
Day One Edition?
A: The Day One Edition of the game comes with:
- The full game.
- “Nothin’ but the Hits” gun: An overcharged version of the High Fidelity gun that launches limited edition, priceless, multi-colored vinyls that do increased damage.
- “It’s Me! Fizzie!” outfit: Fizzie is more popular than you because he has a great marketing budget.
- “Hardcore! Hammer”: A mighty hammer made from a bat and spiked dumb-bells.
- These items are the Xbox Live pre-order exclusives:
- “Acordes de la Muerte”: A guitar with melting candles on it as a melee weapon.
- “The Hangover”: A melee weapon made out of beer cans and an electrified pitchfork.

Q: How much space will I need on my Xbox One to install Sunset Overdrive?
A: Sunset Overdrive will be about 23GB, so you will need at least that much to install this game. For any additional content, you will need more space.
Q: When will the
Sunset Overdrive Xbox One Console bundle be released and what comes with it?
A: The Sunset Overdrive Xbox One bundle will be available on 10/28/2014 and will come with:
- White console and controller – available to consumers for the first time.
- Full game download token for “Sunset Overdrive”.
- All Day One Edition in-game content as listed above except the Xbox Live exclusive content.
Q: What's the difference between the
Day One Digital Deluxe Edition and the Day One Digital Edition?
A: The Deluxe Edition, priced at $79.99, includes the Season Pass for Sunset Overdrive. The basic Digital Edition includes the base game plus the additional bonus items.
Q: Will I be able to purchase the Season Pass separately?
A: Yes! The
Sunset Overdrive Season Pass is available for $19.99.
Q: Do we get any bonuses for purchasing the season pass?
A: You do! It includes the first three complete Game Add-ons for Sunset Overdrive, PLUS six character outfits (Bomber Ninja, Disco Champion, Goth ****, Never Get Cold, Road Queen, and Red Monkey Lightning), two Amps and two Traps available exclusively to
Season Pass purchasers as soon as the game is released.
Q: Wait. What are Amps and Traps?
A: Amps are special abilities that you can equip to customize your character. Traps are items you can use to do an area of effect type of damage to the mutants.
The Amps you get from the Season Pass are:
- Smite – Slap on this Epic Amp and watch as your enemies puff into a cloud of smoke.
- XP Mod – This Weapon Amp will level up your weapon faster.
The Traps you get with the Season Pass are:
- Kaboom! – A balloon that mists down fire on a group of mutants.
- Death by Decibel – Any enemy that gets near it will be blasted away thanks to the glorious power of rock music.
