I found lists of game modes for this game and I do not see them on the game menu! The missing ones are Assault and Skirmish. I have all the DLC and this is a digital copy of the game, not the disc one so where are these missing game modes? The only ones I see are Conquest, Swarm and Campaign.

Hello,
Because this is an issue within the game, I would have recommended contacting the developer however I don't see TimeGate Studios support anywhere. It's a backwards compatible game there may be limited capabilities due to server availability and multiplayer.

I'm playing the original version that was released on the Microsoft Store for Xbox 360. I am playing the game on the Xbox 360, not Xbox One.

My apologies. This may be a difficult thing to solve because Xbox cannot change or make changes to issues or problems within a game, only the developer can do that. Also after doing some research the developers of the game shut down in 2013.
Are these game modes multiplayer or single player? If the missing game modes are because of an inability to connect to the Xbox Network, I can probably attempt to help with that.

Hello,
I've done a lot of reason on the game you're speaking of and have found multiple people on Steam and other wise that have spoken about the game, however, everything else is not before 2011 beyond some spare threads. Because the studio is defunct, I can't ask developers why the modes are not available. You were able to download the content and load it up, which is where Xbox comes in. You were able to download all the DLC which is also where we come in. Though we can work on your Xbox Connection to the Network for Multiplayer, I don't believe that the missing game modes is something that we can fix, but we will troubleshoot anyway.
So, we will try this instead, nd please keep in mind that my advice can only pertain to changes on the Xbox itself, there are no developer or teams that can fix the issues within the game, but I will do my best here:
This is the marketplace link that I found for the game. When you say you downloaded all the DLCs I assume everything that is an addon you have purchased and downloaded: Section 8®: Prejudice™. By the looks of it, these are all map packs that do not have a bearing on game modes if I am reading the game information correctly.
I found users on steam talking about how its defunct and no longer supported: Who owns Section 8 now? :: Section 8: Prejudice General Discussions
First thing to try is to delete everything that has to do with section 8 from your Xbox 360, including the DLC, then go ahead and redownload it. If the predicament is the same, I would check that (I have not played this game but going off general knowledge) completing a task within the game such as the campaign does not unlock these modes.
Could you confirm that you have played any of the other game modes so I can ensure that that is not a trigger to open the other Game Modes?

Yeah, I have deleted the entire game and DLC and still no new game modes. Seems those game modes were locked to the servers. The servers are gone so no one can get those game modes anymore. 11 years too late...
