Saints Row and Saints Row 2 don't start

Hello there,

first I want to say sorry for my bad english.

I have an Xbox 360 and play Digital Saints Row and SR2 on it. Now i have a Xbox One S and everything was nice until I downloadet and startet these Games. The Apps don't start. I tried every Steeps from the Helpguide, even set the hole Xbox to the Startsettings back. But nothing works. Demos from normal Games in the Shop works, but not SR and SR2. What can I do? Everything is ok. Internet, Updates, Downloads... All fine... I just can't understand whats wrong.

I found now many Vids and Post on Google and YouTube, but allways its an problem on WIn10 with login. Im not on Win10 and i dont have a problem to login. On the link you post: "No matches found". :(

EDIT: I bought another Game: Just Cause 2. After the Download - Same Problem. I testet the Network - no problems. But when I test the multiplayer the box say that everthing is ok but I maybe have problems to find matches and lobys. 

EDIT²: This problem D fixt. I tried diferent Games from the Shop, Demos and Testversions, all is fine only my 3 XBOX 360 Digital Downloadet Games dont start.

i called the Xbos Support and we tried for over an hour to fix this. They said its an known problem in the last weeks, and they have many Germans with this problem. So they gave me a ticket and now we try to fix this. Thanks for the help. ^^

Primero quiero pedir perdón por mi mal inglés.

Tengo una Xbox 360 y juego Digital Saints Row y SR2 en ella. Ahora tengo una Xbox One S y todo estuvo bien hasta que descargué y comencé estos Juegos. Las aplicaciones no comienzan. Probé todos los Steeps de la Guía de ayuda, incluso establecí el agujero de Xbox en la configuración de inicio. Pero nada funciona. Las demostraciones de juegos normales en la tienda funcionan, pero no SR y SR2. ¿Que puedo hacer? Todo está bien. Internet, actualizaciones, descargas ... Todo bien ... Simplemente no puedo entender lo que está mal.

Una forma rápida es llamar a atención al cliente de xbox, es gratis
