Rocket Arena Mythic Code fail

Has anyone else had problems redeeming their Mythic Code for Rocket Arena?

I have contacted EA support who say it is MS that need to fix the error as they print the codes.

I've tried to redeem on the console and the MS website and both give me the same message to contact who I got the code from.

This in on Xbox One X.

Hello when you try to redeem the code what does it say exactly??? Where was the code purchased at?? In store, online through a 3rd party, Microsoft website, Xbox website or console?? Is it a region locked issue?? Kind of need more to go off of to help you.

I purchased it from Argos here in the UK, spoke to both EA who told me to contact to MS which I have done, MS confirm it is a valid code, but its not working on both the XBox or the MS website.

Giving me the error " Contact who you got this code from. We can't redeem it "

No region lock.

Will keep trying as MS have confirmed it is a valid code.

If you don't help someone today, make tomorrow that day.
