Reset Factory and Unpair elite controllers

Hi.


I play 2 xbox elite 2 controller, but now not working conts in Fifa 22.

I tried unsync or unpair all controllers, but nothing.. Factory reseted my Series X console, but easily connect the "fresh" console. Xbox app showed the 2 old settings for the elite 2 controllers.

Reinstalled console, fifa 22, but nothing.

How to 100% unpair elite 2 controllers from console?

This metod an xbox series s or x controller unpair.

My contorrel elite 2 and not working.

Sorry, i have and use 2 elite 2 contorrels, and not working.

Not changed. i reset factory this console, but 1. And 2. Controller enable in settings in console xbox app.

This problem is cloud save.

Strart game and download personal data. in Online matchs changed my controller personal data -/ configurations.

Yes. This controllers percfectly áll games. Deleted fifa personal data from console and cloud, and restart fifa, login, and in kick off mod = 2 controller and my contorrel color is blue "2" controller. First controller is the ghost controller.

Use just one controller with USB cable or Wireless connection.

Xbox profil email and EA account the same email and paired/connection (platform and EA)

But login EA answers, My ID seriesx2314

This happened, and same email from platform ID and EA account unlink is risked.

Possible option is, change gamertag and fixed cloud save?
