I made 2 orders:
a) redeemed a gift card
b) added a cash amount on the 2nd order
both for Fornite V-Bucks
I was emailed the confirmation of the receipts.
I have since discovered that both orders were made on the wrong Microsoft Account.
I have tried contacting support only to go around and around with the virtual agent.
Is it possible to either:
a) get a refund on the purchased, or
b) transfer the purchased to the correct account?
Any assistance from a real purchase will be greatly appreciated.
