Red dead redemption 2 won't install on xbox one s

So i bought red dead redemption 2 a while ago (physical disc), and tried installing it. The data from the first disc installed without any issues, but after inserting the second disc, the installation slows and eventually stops after a 3-4% increase. I tried resetting the console, hard resets and all, and even did a factory reset. The discs have no damage whatsoever. Please help me with this issue as i don't have a wifi connection to install the game digitally.
When installing the game did it ask you if you wanted to update now or later and if so, what did you choose?

Your console is trying to install updates at the same time it's installing the game.  Please take your console offline while you install from the discs.  Then you can go online and get your updates

yep its the Update, had also had this problem along time ago.
