I am finding this whole process Very frustrating.....

As previously stated in my July 22 and July 25 postings

I would appreciate someone at xbox to give us some answers on:

1) Why my son was suspened on July 22?

2) What is xbox going to do regarding a credit for the problem with his cod-world at war

WHAT IS GOING ON XBOX.........

WHERE IS MY REPLY.

Words cannot express how frustrated I am, this is a VERY VERY poor system for the complaints.

Its bad enough that I have asked more then once for an answer, now Im still not getting answers

WHAT A PAIN,What happen to speaking to real people and getting real answers.

What you need to do is click on the link that was provided and post your request there.  That is the forum that the Policy Enforcement Team works out of.  Only they can answer your questions.  No one on any other part of the boards can help you so it is useless to continue to post anywhere else.

Except the credit problem if it was a credit reset contact treyarch in their forums
