Please give me my 50,000 points.

I am posting this yet again because you are not actually answering my question, the very first answer was a generic one at best without giving me anyway to reply and get to the bottom of this. I have spent countless hours on the line with xbox support verifying that they promised me the points but I have to come here to get them and them I come here and you refuse to help me.  A company the size of microsoft and xbox should not be treating their customers like this and should have an actual functioning customer support base this is absurd. The fact that I was promised the points by xbox support after they checked on the promotion and now you refuse to honor it because you say I didnt qualify, then how was it that xbox support checked on the promotion for me and verified that I did in fact qualify for it? But now you just want to ignore and lock my posts. This disconnect between your support is ridiculous.

Prior to purchasing my xbox one s I was in contact with xbox support the reference number is 1367682820. I was promised with my order I would be receiving 50,000 rewards points and I would get them withing two weeks. Well here it is over a month later and  I still have not received the full amount of points I was promised would come with my order. I received 30,000 points on jan 3rd and have been on contact with xbox support numerous times since then trying to get to the bottom of this and told I would be getting the remainder of my points by the 30th well its the end of the day on the 30th and I still dont have the remaining points. The only response I have gotten from this forum is " Hello MeanUncle293577,

The 50,000 Credit offer was only for select members. Since you registered after members were chosen at the beginning of the offer period, you only received the default 30,000 Credits. Since this Credit event occurred on January 3rd on your MyRewards page, it will be deposited in the end of month deposit this month" This is unacceptable and not at all what I was told by xbox support immediately before I placed my order, I was promised 50,000  points and I have the screenshots to prove it. I have wasted hours and hours of time with xbox support trying to figure this out only to be told to come to the forums and then I post in the forums and all I get is a generic response with no way of responding. I feel misled and let down by microsoft and xbox and if I dont get the rest of my points as promised by the end of the day tomorrow I will be switching to the playstation for good and never ever coming back to xbox. This has been a horrible customer experience!

I would like to add that I finally found the email from xbox rewards offering me the 50,000 points in the first place. So can you say I didnt qualify for the full points when I got this email, explain that one to me??  If you notice the bottom of the email. "lim, sleek, REWARDED! Hello MeanUncle293577,

Customer support is not up to date on Xbox Live Rewards. This forum is the only location to receive accurate information on the Xbox Live Rewards program, and customer service representatives are directed to forward users here. As mentioned previously, the 50,000 Console Upgrade offers were for select members; the promotion on your email was to get you to click the image to go to the mission page to see if you were eligible/selected. If you had been selected for this offer, that page would have shown a shipping code to get free expedited shipping and 50,000 Credits. Since we only chose members and assigned shipping codes at the beginning of the offer period, your registration in December would not have been possible to be selected. We will manually adjust your account for the remaining 20,000 Credits, but for future reference, be sure to look at the offer page and relevant FAQ for full information on the offer.
