PayPal - An error has occurred during the transaction.

I want to buy one game. I cant do it on xbox live website and I cant do it even directly from console.
I really want this game (Your Shape: Fintess Evolved). I dont want to have this game on DVD. I want it direcly on my HDD on XBOX.

My PayPal account works. I use it on ebay and many other shopw.

Can you help me please? If I try to buy something, it will say me this:
"An error has occurred during the transaction. Please try again later."

What is problem? I have 2 PayPal added here on xbox live. New one is active and old one is not active and there is no way how to delete it. It will give me error message, if I want to delete old PayPal account from my payment methods here on xbox live.

I was just add credit card (MasterCard) and if I want to pay via that card i have same error :(

My error message on XBOX is:

Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. PLease try again later.

Status code: 80190848

But I have Windows Phone 7.5 with same account. On Windows Phone are paypal accounts missing, but my credit card is there and I just use it. I bought Angry Birds and everything worked fine.

Problem is only with XBOX and online website :(

How can I fix it please?

On  billing.microsoft.com I can see on my credit card my transaction for Angry Birds:

11/9/2011 Application Hide Purchase $3.26 $3.26

This is incredible. On PayPal I have in my preaprooved (billing agreement) this last transaction:

Microsoft Corporation Nov 8, 2011 $65,31 USD Active

I bought GOLD account 2-3 times - but there was error and I still not have GOLD account but you took money more times? Why?

And I can see that on credit card is too transaction, becouse I bought game "Your Shape: Fitness Evolved".

I hope, that we can solve this problem :(

Hey Marek! Does all the information on your Paypal account match your Xbox LIVE account (name, region, etc)? Is this information up to date?

No it does not (region). I have old informaion on PayPal. Region - Slovakia. And I cant change it on PayPal.

But as I said... I added credit card yesterday. i was bought with my LIVE ID account with that credit card game for my Windows Phone 7.5. I bought Angry Birds and everything works ok.

But on XBOX LIVE I can't use even that credit card.

I've got a 20€ Xbox Leve Prepaid Code an the Error:

"Error: An error has occurred during the transaction. Please try again later." showed up. So I try it later again and the next Error showed up: "Error: This code has already been used."

... There isn't any of the 20€ on my Konto but it is in the transaction List on my account ? So where is the money ?
