I need this file. However there is no link to download it from the troubleshooter guide on microsofts own website, only OSU1.

Hi...did you get the OSU2 link?
I tried looking it up in forum and found an old one (march 2019 - 'OSU2')
I tried installing this version in my current OS version but not helpful...
Pls share me the link if you have found one..
