Open NAT with the FRITZ BOX 7330

I just bought an Xbox One yesterday and when I set it up the network settings told me I had a moderate NAT. I followed the NAT guide on the support page and it opened it up. Later after I had finished watching a movie I went to join a party with my friends and I realized I couldn't hear them; I checked my network settings and it told me my NAT was moderate again. I did what the guide said again but it didn't work. Can anyone help?
