Same issue. Thread linked was no help. Probably an Xbox server side issue

This might be an error with Xbox’s server so I would recommend waiting to see if this issue resolves by itself and if it doesn’t seem to be back up soon, I would contact Xbox and let them know.

Mee to since the new season i cant buy vbucks ot says oops erorr i dont know why and xbox needs to fix this

How did this get resolved? Currently having the same issue. Money is in my son’s microsoft account but unable to purchase vbucks.
