Note: Audio works fine when Headphones connected to Xbox one controller connected through USB cable.
When I updated Firmware headphones were connected to the controller:

Update with USB:
“To do this, press the Xbox button to open the guide, choose System > Settings > Devices & streaming > Accessories, and then select the controller you want to update. Select Device info, select the Firmware version box, and then select Continue.”

1-When I press the Xbox button the open guide does not open
2-When I go to System manually System>Settings> ?
3-I don’t see “Devices&streaming” or “Accessories” ?

After quite a lot of head scratching back and forth conclusion was that I need an “adaptor” to get Audio/sound through Xbox One controller (Wireless/Bluetooth with pc Windows 10 ) which actually defies the main object when you are on your pc (laptop) you might as well connect your Headphones to the Laptop.
