Network Issues with Xbox Series X

Hello, I have been having intermittent connection issues with the Xbox Series X. It appears that the concole remains connected to the internet but i get a message the “Service info is unavailable” when looking at the network page. 

If i do the network test I get, “It’s all good. Your console is connected to the internet.”

Testing remote play also gives a message saying “You’re good to go”.

My network speed test results are fine as well with Download Speed at 145.42 Mbps, Upload Speed at 2.04 Mbps, Packet Loss is 1%, 57ms Latency, and 100% Wireless Strength.

Test multiplayer connection says “You’re all good”.

I also have an Open NAT type.

To me all this would suggest I would be good to go but for some reason when this occurs every so often, it stops my downloads and I am effectively offline as far as using any online features.

This issue is not exclusive to you or your new console. I am having the same issue on my Xbox One X. I think it is a wider issue. I have been having issues since about 7PM EST. Downloads are only going at about 25Kbps. While I am able to pull 300-400 Mbps down on any other device in my house currently.

Thanks for confirming this. I think it was just too much stress on Xbox Live servers on release day. I didn’t have the same issues today.

My internet is working fine but for some reason I get kicked off Xbox Live. I cant even download a game properly because of it. I just got my Xbox Series X today.

I still have the same issue, bought my xbox yesterday, and couldn't manage to play anything yet, it shows that I'm singing in but it kick me off after some time, even if it looks like I'm signing in the games wouldn't work, I think Xbox team should look into this issue.

I have the exact same issue. Slow dowload speeds sometimes fast sometimes cant connect at all. Ive unplugged my router 100 times.

I have a similar issue. My Series X losts connection randomly making me lag heavily or kicking me off from online matches, then it connects again after a few seconds. I use phone hotspot and i can't use wired connection but anyway this must be repaired, software bug or hardware issue, we should get an answer.

I have that same issue. I'm getting kicked off Xbox live a lot and when I download something it's very slow. I unplugged my modem/router a lot and still the same issue. They need to fix this, I paid 500$ for the Xbox and I can't even enjoy it.

Same issues here, loose connection for brief second, NAT Open, 78+ signal strength pulling 45+ mbps download.  Never had this with Xbox one.  Hope it gets sorted, doing my head in, frustrating!

Same issues here. Rocket league is unplayable with constant latency and connection issues. Brand new series x. Fortnite same issues,  internet symbol with yellow or res arrow constsntly popping up.
