Hello, I have been having intermittent connection issues with the Xbox Series X. It appears that the concole remains connected to the internet but i get a message the “Service info is unavailable” when looking at the network page.
If i do the network test I get, “It’s all good. Your console is connected to the internet.”
Testing remote play also gives a message saying “You’re good to go”.
My network speed test results are fine as well with Download Speed at 145.42 Mbps, Upload Speed at 2.04 Mbps, Packet Loss is 1%, 57ms Latency, and 100% Wireless Strength.
Test multiplayer connection says “You’re all good”.
I also have an Open NAT type.
To me all this would suggest I would be good to go but for some reason when this occurs every so often, it stops my downloads and I am effectively offline as far as using any online features.
Please assist.
