Hello,
I am unable to redeem the month of game pass that is included with my PC. In my Microsoft Store library there is a tab that says "Included with Device" within that is the option to redeem Xbox Game Pass for PC. I click redeem, confirm my payment information and click subscribe, then it says "Success - You can access and manage this content in My Games & Apps. If this is a game or app, we'll start installing it for you. If this is a subscription, you can start using it now." I click Done and then the link to redeem returns to the store library and my subscription does not start. What is the issue here and how can I go about redeeming this offer that came with my PC purchase?
