Recently purchased 2K20 from the Microsoft store.
When i try to access my career mode, i get a message stating "One or more users are under the age requirement, or restricted from MyCareer."
I only have one profile on my xbox, I'm 35 years old.
I've tried the following with no luck:
*removed my profile from the Xbox and reloaded it
*created a new 2k live profile and loaded that email into the settings section
*spoken at length with 2k support via their online chat, they had no idea
Can anybody help?
I've noticed this issue has been raised previously but no fix has been provided.
