I would first advice to check if the cables are firmly connected. Especially the one that connect the power brick to the power outlet. Try to make sure it is connected correctly and there's no dust inside the connector.
Another thing to try is to make sure that the xbox console is connected directly to a power source. Avoid cable extenders or similar.
That said, try doing a power cycle. Turn off the console. Remove the power cable from it. Wait 15 seconds and then reboot.
It is also possible that your power brick is defective but I'll leave that as a last option. You can try getting a new one, it shouldn't be expensive.

Whats up Amrane,
First check what color is the light of the power block? Is it orange while its powered on? If so it needs to be replaced.
If its not, I would check the cable to make sure its no damaged with any kinks or cuts this can cause a short.
Last make sure the Xbox is being properly ventilated

Hi Amrane,
Sorry to hear that, try this:
Solution 1: If the console is too hot
If you received a message stating that your Xbox One console is getting improper ventilation, or it's hot to the touch, follow these steps:
- Turn off the console.
- Wait at least one hour.
- Move the console to a well-ventilated spot.
- Turn on the console.
Important Make sure your console is in a cool, well-ventilated place. Remove any objects on, under, or right next to the console.
For tips on positioning your Xbox One console, see Ventilation for the Xbox One console and Getting started with Xbox One.
Solution 2: Troubleshoot your power supply
If your console continues to shut down unexpectedly, the problem might be the power supply. For information about how to troubleshoot power supply issues, visit Your Xbox One console won’t turn on.
Solution 3: Change the console settings so it doesn’t turn off automatically
- Turn on the console.
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Select System > Settings > Power.
- Select Turn off or restart.
If you follow these steps but the console continues to get hot and shut down, request a repair.

Hi Amrane XV,
Thanks for replying and keeping us updated. Sounds like you have an original Xbox One with the power supply brick on the power cord. Sorry to hear that you're having issues where it will randomly turn off your console. You'll want to give a try to our Xbox One Power Supply Solution to troubleshoot your power supply to pinpoint what may be happening. Also, you want to be sure that you have it plugged into a wall socket directly, rather than a power strip or extension cord.
Give this a try and please let us know the results. I hope this helps a bit more!
